Sources. Dates come from the UN Protocol and Liaison Service Blue Book, as reported by each country, checked against the national day lists of the foreign ministries of Finland and Nepal, or against the country's own official act where a date has changed. Where official sources disagree, we show no date (6 missions at present). Receptions are often held on a nearby working day; the mission's invitation is what counts. How we verify
