About the service

Diplo is an independent directory operated by Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with the Ministry of External Affairs or with any foreign government. A mission page is managed by that mission only where the page says so.

Accuracy

We take care to publish only verified information and show the source and date of each fact. Official information can change without notice, so please confirm anything important with the mission itself. For visas, passports and consular matters, always use the mission's official channels. Content from missions

Missions that manage their page are responsible for the events, updates and other content they publish. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive, or that breaches political neutrality on the platform.

Translators

Translators and interpreters listed on Diplo are independent professionals. We review applications before listing, but any agreement for work is between you and the translator. Diplo is not a party to it and does not guarantee the work.

Acceptable use

Do not use Diplo to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate a mission or a person, to collect data from the site automatically at scale, or to attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Diplo is provided as it is, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on the site or from dealings between users, missions and translators.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
