Your country already has a page on Diplo, built from the MEA register. Claim it to speak directly to people in India who want to hear from you. There is no cost.
What managing the page gives the mission
Publish events
National day, film weeks, trade forums, talks. Public events appear on your page and in the events calendar, with registration if you want it.
Private invitations
Invitation-only events never appear publicly. Paste your guest list, send personal invitations and see replies in one place.
Reach your followers
People choose to follow your country for events, trade, culture or scholarships. When you publish, they receive one email. You see totals, never names.
Receive enquiries
Visitors can send the mission a message through Diplo, sorted by topic. Staff email addresses stay private.
Entry passes at the door
Every accepted invitation and confirmed registration gets a pass with a QR code. Your staff scan it with a phone to check guests in.
Jobs and tenders
Post vacancies and tenders with a closing date. They appear on your page and on Diplo's jobs and tenders list until they close.
Tell your story
Add an introduction, sections on trade, culture and education, and links to your own services.
Secure by default
Access is granted only after we confirm the request with the mission. Every account uses two-step verification, and every change is logged.
How to start
- Open your country from the list of countries and choose Manage this page.
- Confirm your official email address.
- We call the mission on the number in the MEA register to confirm the request.
- You receive a link to set your password and sign in to the mission console.

What stays with the register
Official details such as the address, telephone and head of mission stay tied to the MEA register and the checks described in how we verify. If something is out of date, tell us from your official address and we will update it once confirmed.
