Geetika Srivastava named next Ambassador of India to Lithuania
Ms. Geetika Srivastava (IFS: 2005), presently Charge d'Affaires in the High Commission of India, Islamabad, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Lithuania. She is expected to take up the assignment shortly.

India and Lithuania hold 10th Foreign Office Consultations in Vilnius
Secretary (West) Sibi George and Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Vidmantas Verbickas led the 10th round of Foreign Office Consultations in Vilnius on 13 March 2026, with emphasis on trade, investment and high technology including laser. He called on Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys and inaugurated an AYUSH Information Cell and ODOP Lounge at the new Embassy premises.
