This article gives the contact details of the Singapore High Commission in New Delhi and the Indian cities where Singapore has consulates, together with Singapore's head of mission and national day, and the travel and connectivity facts contained in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) bilateral brief of July 2026. Contact details, the head of mission and the list of consulates are taken from the MEA Protocol Division register, read on 24 September 2026.

Head of mission
The register lists the head of mission as H.E. Mr. Simon Wong Wie Kuen, High Commissioner.
Consulates
The register lists consulates of Singapore in two Indian cities:
- Chennai
- Mumbai
It lists no honorary consulates of Singapore in India. The register does not set out the area each consulate covers or the services it offers, so readers should check with the High Commission or the consulate concerned before visiting.
National day
Singapore's national day is 9 August (National Day).
Other Singapore offices in India
Besides its diplomatic and consular offices, Singapore has other organisations present in India. According to the brief, Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and the Economic Development Board (EDB) have offices in India, as do two Singapore banks, the Development Bank of Singapore and United Overseas Bank. The Singapore Business Federation inaugurated its first office in India, in Bengaluru, in November 2025. The addresses and telephone numbers that the MEA register lists for these offices are shown on the Singapore country page on Diplo.
Air and sea connectivity
The MEA brief does not describe flight routes between India and Singapore. It does record cooperation on connectivity at government level. Connectivity became one of the pillars of the India-Singapore Ministerial Roundtable at its second round in August 2024, and an MoU on Civil Aviation and an MoU on a Green & Digital Shipping Corridor were among those exchanged during Prime Minister Lawrence Wong's visit to India in September 2025.
Ministerial and official visits in this area recorded in the brief are:
- September 2024: Singapore's Minister for Transport, Mr Chee Hong Tat, attended the 2nd Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Civil Aviation in India.
- October 2024: Singapore's MoS for Transport, Mr Murali Pillai, attended the India Maritime Week.
- 17 to 20 February 2025: Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways Sh T K Ramachandran visited Singapore for the International Organization for Marine Aids to Navigation meeting.

Visas and consular matters
The brief contains no information on visa requirements, e-visas or consular procedures for travel in either direction. This guide therefore gives no visa fees, processing times or eligibility rules.
Indian nationals planning travel to Singapore should check current requirements with the Singapore High Commission in New Delhi or the consulates in Chennai and Mumbai. Singapore nationals planning travel to India should check current requirements through official Indian government channels.
Honorary consuls
Singapore has no honorary consuls in India, according to the register. Where a country does appoint honorary consuls, they have limited powers, so visa, passport and other consular requirements for Singapore should always be confirmed with the High Commission or one of its consulates.
